Welcome to Regis Uncensored!

What is Regis Uncensored?

Well, let's start with what it isn't. It's not like the pamphlets, posters, videos and viewbooks that colleges constantly fill your mailbox and inbox with. It doesn't come with a t-shirt or a reply card, and it doesn't try to sell Regis as something it isn't. Regis Uncensored gives you an honest and authentic view of what life at this small college in Colorado is like, or at least what it's like for us.

The students whose stories you'll discover here come from all walks of Regis life. Each of our experiences is different, and we encourage you to check out what we have to say. Take a minute to read about our struggles, accomplishments, and of course, the drama of our college lives. This is a place where you can check out photos from last night's Thrills or last weekend's OAP 14er trip. A place where watching a video or two will help you understand a little better just how close we are to the mountains and just how ridiculous intramural dodgeball can really be.

I don't have a lot of time. Whose story is worth checking out?

Well, that depends.

Perhaps you're hoping to use Regis as an avenue to get into medical school, in which case you should definitely read about Morgan, a pre-med student trying to balance a hectic schedule with her social life, skiing, and staying sane.

Maybe you're on the fence about studying abroad? Maybe you love music and Italian culture? Maybe you share a passion for Lady GAGA? Might I recommend getting to know Derek?

Perhaps you just want to hear a genuine take on life at Regis from a really down to earth, good person with three years of Regis under her belt? There's no one better suited for the job than Kristen.

Potentially you have an abundance of friends with hairy chests who love to have a good time all the time. Maybe you're interested in business as well as hairy folks? If this is the case, read up on Tito.

It could be that you don't have a clue about what you want to do with life. That's okay, neither do I. Andrew thinks he has it figured out but read his blog and find out for yourself.  Josh on the other hand had a life changing summer in Africa, so maybe reading up on his experiences will provide you with a little guidance and real world perspective. If all else fails, refer to Terese, her kindness and point of view are refreshing.

Maybe just maybe, you want a unique intellectually stimulating approach from some girly girls who love to laugh and coincidentally share a room. Check out Cait and Jessica in that case.

Whatever the case may be, go in knowing that these stories will inspire you, the videos will make you laugh, and some of the pictures might just make you scratch your head. In any case, enjoy the unabridged look at Regis life and if all goes well it will help you with your decision making.

Go crazy.
